Products

All prints are produced to order using archival-quality materials. While we make every effort to display colours accurately on our website, variations may occur due to differences in monitor calibration. The images shown on our website are representative of the artwork; actual print dimensions include a white border as standard.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our secure payment processor.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are as stated on our Delivery & Returns page. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the print is returned unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@formfield.co.uk. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Limited Editions

Our Limited Edition prints (A2 and A1 sizes) are restricted to 100 copies per image. Edition numbers are assigned in order of purchase. Certificates of authenticity are provided with each Limited Edition print and cannot be replaced if lost or damaged.

Intellectual Property

All images, content, and materials on this website are protected by copyright and remain the property of Formfield and its licensors. Purchasing a print grants you the right to display the physical artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our images without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formfield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
