We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery for any reason, including if you’ve simply changed your mind.

Please inform us via email at hello@formfield.co.uk before returning your print.

Condition requirements:

The print must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and in resalable condition. This means the print should be carefully repacked using the protective materials it arrived in, or equivalent archival-safe packaging, to ensure it is protected during transit.

Please note:

Prints that have been framed, mounted, displayed, or show any signs of handling damage cannot be accepted for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 working days.

For prints that arrive damaged or with defects, please contact us immediately with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
